PRIVACY PLEDGE
ChristianGear® Ministries (ChristianGear.org) ensures that your privacy is protected throughout your journey around our website. This is our pledge to you:
Registration
When you register at ChristianGear.org, we need to know your name, your gender, your date of birth, one of your delivery addresses, your email address and a contact number. These are used to verify who you are, and to enable us to deliver any orders you place with us.
Your Password
Once you have registered, your personal details can only be accessed by way of a password. We suggest that you keep this password private to ensure that no one else can gain access to this information.
Delivery Information
When you first start shopping with us, we will ask you for your delivery address, including city / town, postal code and country to ensure that we are able to deliver to your area.
Contacting Customer Services
When you contact ChristianGear.org's Customer Services, we may ask for your name, email address or order number so that we are able to help you with any queries you may have, or to reply to you if need be.
e-Newsletter
If you've chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, we'll be contacting you on a regular basis to let you know about any new product updates, promotions and special offers or competitions that may be running, or any additions to the website.
Site Monitoring
We monitor general customer behavior patterns on the website to help us better tailor ChristianGear.org's offering to your needs and wishes.
Competitions
If you enter one of our competitions, we may ask for your name, address, and email address so we can administer the competition and notify the winners.
Cookies
A cookie is a small piece of information stored by your browser (for instance, Internet Explorer or Netscape) on your computer. It can contain your name, the contents of your shopping bag, and your payment information in an encrypted format, which can be recalled when you return to the ChristianGear.org site to speed up your identification, and therefore your ordering and delivery processes. You can choose to prevent the site from accessing this information by disabling your cookies in your browser options.
Third Parties
ChristianGear.org will make sure that your personal information is kept strictly confidential and is not disclosed to third parties. Moreover, we will only contact you with news of ChristianGear.org special offers and promotions if you've indicated you would like to receive our newsletter. However, we may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to a) comply with law, b) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements, or c) protect the rights, property or safety of ChristianGear.org, our users, or others.

SECURITY POLICY
ChristianGear.org takes every precaution to protect your payment details.
On ordering, where you are asked to enter your card information, that information is encrypted and protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL (Secure Socket Layer). (While on an encrypted page, the lock icon at the bottom of browsers such as Internet Explorer and Netscape becomes locked.)
Payment card transactions will be acquired for ChristianGear® by (VSC) Virtual card Services (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. VCS use SSL3 and no payment card details are stored on the ChristianGear® site.

ORDER RETURNS POLICY
ChristianGear.org will accept returns for exchange only and will not accept any product that has been washed or worn or has been tampered with or altered in any way. It must be returned in the original packaging.
Advance authorization is required for all returns & exchanges! Simply notify us before returning a product.
All returns must be issued within 30 days of the invoice date. In order to return a ChristianGear.org product, simply contact us within 30 days of the invoice date with your invoice number ready and you will be given a Return Authorization number. Please ensure that this number is included with your merchandise and send it back with the returned product. Note that the return deadlines will be strictly adhered to. Any items received after the 30 day period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
ChristianGear.org will not be held responsible for lost returns if these procedures are not followed. If a return is received without the Return Authorization number, it will be sent back for clarification.
Exchanging a product for a different size
If, you would like to exchange an item, the following rules apply:
- You may only exchange sizes of a product - not the color and not for another product.
- You are responsible for getting the item(s) to be exchanged to us and will also be responsible for paying the delivery costs for the new item to be returned. Upon contacting us, one of our Customer Service Representatives will provide you with:
- A Return Authorization number
- A new delivery cost
- The address to courier the item(s) to
Exchanging a product because it is damaged
If, for some reason an item has slipped through our Quality Control, we will exchange your item at no cost to you. The following rules will apply:
- You may only exchange the product for the exact same one (size/colour). i.e. You cannot exchange an item because it is damaged, and at the same time, ask for a different colour or size.
- We will pay the cost of delivery both ways. Upon contacting us, one of our Customer Service Representatives will provide you with:
- A Return Authorization number
- Delivery details
- The address to courier the item(s) to

ORDER CANCELLATIONS POLICY
No cancellations will be accepted after midnight on the day prior to the date of delivery.
No penalty charges will be levied against cancelled orders prior to the abovementioned cut-off time.
