ChristianGear® Fundraising Program

We at ChristianGear® Ministries believe that the funds needed for youth groups, Christian schools, Mission Trips or any other church or Christian funding program should be raised primarily by the group members themselves. ChristianGear® has developed a fundraising program that's profitable, easy to implement, virtually administrative free and requires very little up front or pre-purchases!

Please note that the ChristianGear® fundraiser program is only available in South Africa.

We will supply you with sample shirts of your choice, to be used for display purposes (to be returned after completion of program) along with color brochures and order forms in handy plastic packets for all the participants in your group. Due to the number of sample shirts that can be used in a fundraising campaign we have now opted to request a minimum refundable 50% deposit of the value of the sample shirts requested to minimize abuse and/or damage.

All you need to do is simply pick a "Kick-Off" date to get started!

After receiving your sample shirts, color brochures and order forms for your group members, your members would sell the items to family, friends, neighbours or anyone else of their choosing.

We suggest your members collect payment when order is placed to eliminate future problems in collecting funds. The average duration of a program would be two to four weeks to give the participants time to sell the maximum amount of items.

Then simply collect all the money, orders and brochures from your members, make copies (that you keep) of all filled out order forms and send the originals to us along with the brochures and sample shirts.

After we receive your orders, we will process and prepare the orders ready to dispatch all items to you normally within two weeks, all presorted individually for ease in distributing them to your participants to hand out to their buyers. You hold on to all money from the sales until you receive our invoice at which time you will require to make payment so we can release the items for delivery. It's that easy!
