If you have already decided on a "Kick-Off" date for your fundraiser and want to begin your program immediately, please fill in the form below and submit it to us soonest! A customer services representative will contact you to assist you further with your fundraising program. Once we have secured the deposit with you, we will then dispatch your sample shirts and participants sales packets out to you shortly thereafter.
Please allow at least Ten (10) working days before starting your fundraiser for delivery purposes.
Please note that our Fundraising Program is intended for Churches or Christian organizations based in South Africa only!
