1. How much does your delivery cost?
Currently, delivery charges are based on the total order amount, parcel size, location and method of delivery selected. Below are our Domestic delivery rates. For more information, including International deliveries, please refer to our Delivery policy.

2. Do you deliver to International addresses or P.O. Boxes?
Yes! ChristianGear® delivers to registered customers and to most specified delivery areas anywhere in the world using South African Postal Service (Counter-to-counter) or a reputable courier service (Door-to-door). International deliveries will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. Please note that all international deliveries are subject to the import taxes and custom laws of that country and that ChristianGear® can not be held responsible if a parcel or item is detained or confiscated due to these laws. 3. How long does an International delivery take?
Depending on the destination and customs regulations, International deliveries can take up to 12 weeks.

4. How long will it take before I receive my order?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Please allow 1-2 business days for Domestic order processing, and 2-3 business days for International order processing before your package is dispatched. Please note that all orders placed after 9:00 PM (SA Time) will be considered as being placed on the following business day. (e.g. a domestic order placed at 9:01 PM Monday will be considered as being placed on Tuesday, and will take 1-2 days to process and despatched by Thursday. In addition, an order placed after 9:00 PM on Thursday will be despatched by Tuesday.) Please allow a further 5 - 7 days for SA Postal, counter to counter service, or 1 - 3 days for courier, door to door service. Orders are not processed, dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your delivery options.

5. How do I track my delivery?
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or sms that contains your order tracking number. In order to view the status of your delivery, you can visit the Skynet Worldwide Express tracking page at the Skynet Worldwide Express website if you chose the courier option, or visit the SA Post Office "Track and Trace" tool if you chose the SA Postal services option.
