1. How can I place an order?
You can place an order from us either through our site, by fax, or by post.
Ordering through our website
The easiest and fastest way to place your order will be online through our site. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Payment card transactions will be acquired for ChristianGear® by (VCS) Virtual Card Services (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. VCS use SSL3 technology and no payment card details are stored on the ChristianGear® site.
Ordering by fax
If you don't want to submit your order online, you can fax us your order. The simplest way to do this is to add items to your shopping cart online. When you are satisfied with your order, simply click on the "Fax/Post this order" link when placing your order at the "Checkout" stage in your shopping cart. This will create a form, which you can print out on your local printer and fax to us at our Customer Service Centre.
Ordering by post
If you don't want to submit your order online, you can mail us your order the good old fashion way. The simplest way to do this is to add items to your shopping cart online. When you are satisfied with your order, simply click on the "Fax/Post this order" link when placing your order at the "Checkout" stage in your shopping cart. This will create a form, which you can print out on your local printer and mail to us (with payment or by completing the credit card information) at:

2. Can I make a purchase at ChristianGear.org without using a credit card?
Absolutely! Although we recommend using your credit card in order to ensure the fastest order processing possible, you can also settle payments by Cheque, Postal or Money Orders and via (EFT) Electronic Fund Transfer into ChristianGear's bank account. 3. Will Value Added Tax (VAT) be added to my order?
No! ChristianGear® is currently not VAT registered and for this reason cannot charge you VAT.

4. How do I change or cancel my order?
ChristianGear® would be happy to change or cancel your order after it has been placed and before being dispatched. Please refer to our Order Cancellations Policy under Our Policies or contact our Customer Services Centre to make any order changes.

5. Can I place an order and have you deliver it to someone in a different city, town or country?
Yes! ChristianGear® would gladly dispatch your order to any delivery address of your choice. If it's a gift we will even gift wrap it for you and include a personal greeting. This gift wrap service will cost an additional R25.
